The New York Jazz Exchange is a NYC/Stockholm collective forged in the 1960’s Blue Note traditions of hard bop, ballads and boogaloo. Formed in 2010, the group has performed extensively in Europe as well as the US to enthusiastic audiences, all the while honing its unique sound. This recording features original compositions by the members, reflecting much love of past masters, as well as eagerly looking ahead into the future. Enjoy!
